When you go to your bed, recite Ayat-al-Kursi, (2.255) for then there will be a guard from Allah who will protect you all night long, and Satan will not be able to come near you till dawn.” (When the Prophet (pbuh) heard the story) he said (to me), “He (who came to you at night) told you the truth although he is a liar and it was Satan.” “I will take you to Allah’s Messenger (pbuh)!” Then Abu Huraira described the whole narration and said: Then somebody came to me and started stealing from the foodstuff. Translation: (O Allah! I seek refuge in You from the torment of Hell, from the torment of the grave, from the trials of life and death, and from the mischief of Al-Masih Ad-Dajjal (Antichrist).” (Source Muslim 16:16) Dua for protection when leaving the house “When anyone of you has done his Tashahhud during Salat (prayer), he should seek refuge in Allah against four things and say: “Allahumma inni a’udhu bika min ‘adhabi jahannam, wa min ‘adhabil-qabr, wa min fitnatil-mahya wal-mamat, wa min sharri fitnatil-masihid-dajjal Allahumma ‘inni ‘a’udhu bika minal ma’thami wal maghrami.Ību Hurairah (May Allah be pleased with him) reported: The Messenger of Allah (pbuh) said, Dua For Protection From Hell:Īllahumma inni a’udhu bika min ‘adhabi jahannam, wa min ‘adhabil-qabr, wa min fitnatil-mahya wal-mamat, wa min fitnatil-masihid-Dajjal. It provides safety and wards off the Shaytan at the times of eating, intercourse, slaughtering animals for food etc. Reading this Dua shows you are remembering Allah before beginning any task. Wa qur Rabbi a’oozu bika min hamazaatish ShayaateenĪnd pray: “My Lord! I seek Your refuge from the suggestions of the evil ones Grade: Sahih (Al-Albani) Source: Sunan Abi Dawud 5077 If he says them in the evening, he will have a similar recompense until the morning.” He will have ten good deeds recorded for him, ten evil deeds deducted from him, he will be advanced ten degrees, and will be guarded against the Devil till the evening. “If anyone says in the morning: ‘There is no god but Allah alone Who has no partner to him belong the dominions, to him praise is due, and he is omnipotent,’ he will have a reward equivalent to that for setting free a slave from among the descendants of Isma’il. It was narrated by Narrated Abu Ayyash that The Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) said: His is the dominion and his are the praise and he is able to do all things. Transliteration: Laa ‘ilaaha ‘illallaahu wahdahu laa shareeka lahu, lahul-mulku wa lahul-hamdu, wa Huwa ‘alaa kulli shay’in Qadeer.Įnglish Translation: None has the right to be worshiped but Allah alone, who has no partner. Lets jump into the first dua for protection. “Indeed, Allah will not change the condition of a people until they change what is in themselves.” ( Surah Ar-Ra’d 13:11). We also must put full faith and trust in Allah because without his will nothing can happen. Protection from evil, shirk, the enemy, and to keep your family and children safe.It is important to note though, Islam is not a religion based on miracles, rather it encourages us to take appropriate measures and to work hard at it. ( Quran 2:185)”Īllah has revealed many Duas you can recite that aims to provide comfort and protection for all kinds of situations. “Allah intends for you ease and does not intend for you hardship and for you to complete the period and to glorify Allah for that which He has guided you and perhaps you will be grateful. Allah is the most kind and most merciful.
